Our Secret
The secret to the pancakes ultra-light, fluffy structure is all in the technique: the mostly egg-white batter (hence soufflé) is whipped to peak volume, then steamed in rounds under metal domes.

Founded in 2022, Cheers is brought to you by the same team as Gram Café & Pancakes, famous for ultra-fluffy pancake stacks. Cheers offers a unique menu comprising of dishes that will satisfy both sweet tooth's and savoury connoisseurs; with our first venue opening in Miranda this August 2023!
